Hyatt Privé is the programme Hyatt keeps for a select group of travel advisors, and it turns a Park Hyatt reservation into a stay with the privileges of a preferred guest. Booked through Dip Needle, breakfast for two is on the table each morning, a hotel credit waits for the spa, the pool bar or dinner, and VIP recognition means the hotel is expecting you rather than looking you up. Length matters at these addresses: two nights beside Ninenzaka and a week at Hadahaa in the Maldives ask for different rooms, different timings and a different rhythm, and the proposal is written accordingly. What remains is the Park Hyatt itself, which does the rest without being asked.
Privileges apply to eligible bookings and vary by hotel and rate; upgrades and check-in and check-out times are subject to availability.

04Behind the programme
Hyatt
Park Hyatt is Hyatt at its most reticent: hotels that would rather be remembered for a material, a view or a table than for the size of the lobby. In Bangkok the hotel rises above Central Embassy, its terraced saltwater pool holding the city at a slight and pleasant distance. Outside Marrakech, beside the Al Maaden golf course, pools and furnished terraces run out towards the Atlas Mountains. In Kyoto the rooms sit beside the stone lane of Ninenzaka in Higashiyama, finished in tamo wood and local craft, with Yasaka Pagoda in some of the windows.
Paris-Vendôme, Vienna, Milan, Sydney and Hadahaa in the Maldives complete our selection. The discipline is the same in each: a lobby that speaks quietly, a restaurant worth the visit on its own account and a room whose craftsmanship is in the joinery rather than on the wall.
